Government & Stakeholder Engagement
Where Healthcare Brands Meet Public Health Policy.
The most important healthcare decisions in India are not made in boardrooms. They are made in policy meetings, government committees, and parliamentary corridors. We know the people in those rooms.
India's healthcare landscape is not just shaped by what brands communicate to patients and physicians. It is shaped by policy. By procurement decisions. By national health programme priorities. By state government directives. By the recommendations of bodies like ICMR, CDSCO, the National Health Authority, and the Union Ministry of Health.
Heal Health has spent over two decades building credibility and working relationships with government health stakeholders at both the central and state level. We have partnered with state health departments, worked alongside national public health bodies, and designed advocacy programmes that directly influenced government health policy.
This is not lobbying. This is evidence-based advocacy — grounded in science, executed with integrity, and aligned with the genuine interests of India's public health agenda.

Case Study Highlight: ManageTB India App
A technology advocacy programme that went from concept to pan-India government adoption.
When a global pharmaceutical partner wanted to build affinity with India's TB management ecosystem, Heal Health conceptualised and executed a technology-led advocacy approach. We entered into an MoU with the National Institute for Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, developed the ManageTB India App under expert guidance, validated it with real clinical case scenarios to 100% accuracy, and facilitated its adoption by the Central TB Division for pan-India rollout. The supporting global pharma brand gained unmatched credibility within India's government health and CTD ecosystem — without a single commercial message.
This is what government advocacy looks like when it is done right.
